We invite you to a 1,5-day tour to our state capital Berlin, where the ladies of the Agora Club Tangent Berlin will show you their city. After arriving together by ICE-train, this tour starts on Sunday evening with a relaxed flying dinner of mediterranean tapas, and plenty of time to talk, to exchange ideas, to reminiscence and to make new friends.
On Monday morning, there is the opportunity to either get to know the history of Berlin with its many sights and historically important buildings on a city tour (walking distance approx. 6 km) or to go on a guided shopping tour to KADEWE – the famous Berlin shopping temple.
In the late afternoon, you will head to the “City of Lights Festival”, where the fascinating light installations on many of the city’s buildings will be explored by bus. Under the motto “Diversity shines bright”, the festival not only draws attention to different art forms and variations of light art, but also places a special focus on values such as uniqueness, dignity, respect and acceptance. (https://festival-of-lights.de/en/). After a dinner of local specialties in a typical Berlin restaurant, the post tour ends in one of Berlin’s many bars with a goodnight cocktail.
On Tuesday morning, we will travel back to Hannover together on the ICE. (Arrival time at Hannover station around 1.30 p.m.)
Important: The tour includes the cost of transport to Berlin and back to Hannover, for the Flying Dinner on Sunday evening and the bus tour on Monday. All other costs for hotels, drinks, inner-city transport – as well as any entrance fees if you want to visit a museum or exhibition on your own – are to be paid separately!
